
Franklin Paul Anand Gnanamuthu works as the Head of Country for Restless Development India and Nepal, providing strategic leadership to the organisation's work on youth-led development and social change. He has over 15 years of experience working across several states in India, with expertise in youth development, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), training and capacity building of community-based organisations (CBOs), and youth leadership. He has also facilitated training and capacity-building initiatives across India and Africa.
Franklin holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology. His professional experience includes programme management, community engagement, organisational capacity strengthening, training, advocacy and partnership building with diverse stakeholders. He also serves on the boards of several Indian and international non-profit organisations, contributing to their governance, strategy and organisational development.
He is passionate about enabling young people and communities to lead and influence positive social change and is committed to advancing inclusive, participatory and sustainable development.
