Mr. Prashant B. Missal

Prashant Missal joined EFICOR in 1999 and has over 27 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sector. Over the years, he has served in various roles, including Community Development Organizer, Project Coordinator in Dang and Valsad districts of Gujarat, Project Manager for a USAID-funded project, and Manager – Health & Eastern India Projects in Sahibganj, Jharkhand. From 2017 to 2023, he served as Manager – Programme Quality & Donor Relations. From June 2023 to August 2026, he served as Senior Manager – Organisational Effectiveness & Human Resources at EFICOR Headquarters. Since 1 September 2026, he has been serving as Lead – Human Resources & Organisational Effectiveness supports Corporate and Social Responsibility initiatives in public health. He is married to Mrs. Pranati Rani Das and has a son, Abhisek Missal, who is studying in the 10th standard.
