Mr. Lambard Regulus

Zonal Implementer - Northern Zone

Lambard Regulus holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Bachelor of Theology from New Theological College, and three Master’s degrees in Sociology, English, and Public Administration from Amravati and Annamalai Universities. He also holds an M.Phil. in Sociology from Madurai Kamaraj University.
He began his career serving communities in Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh for three years. In 1999, he joined EFICOR as a Community Development Organiser (CDO) trainee and has since held various leadership roles, overseeing and implementing a wide range of development initiatives. His work has spanned thematic areas such as food security, livelihood, emergency relief, disaster risk reduction, rehabilitation, watershed development, climate change adaptation, disability inclusion, anti-human trafficking, and urban interventions.

One of his significant contributions to EFICOR has been the introduction of Micro-Level Planning based on the five elements: Jal (Water), Jamin (Land), Jungle (Forest), Janwar (Animals), and Jan (People)—a holistic model for community development.

Apart from his field expertise, he brings a creative edge to the organisation with his passion for photography, videography, music, teaching, and design. He has contributed extensively to EFICOR’s event documentation and visual storytelling.

He currently serves as the Zonal Implementer for North India, overseeing strategic project implementation in the region.
