EFICOR has successfully completed the COVID-19 relief intervention in 14 states of our project operational areas including Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Odisha, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand. We are happy to have supported thousands of families through ration, cash for work, unconditional cash transfer which has been a timely help for them during this crisis.
With limited or no option for work in the villages, these families have been under severe food insecurity in addition to the anxiety of an uncertain future. Our teams have identified families who are in most need like widows, women headed families, families with young children, pregnant women, old and sick people and provided them with ration to ensure food security for a minimum of 21 days.
