Shalini brings over 24 years of diverse experience spanning Corporates, NGOs, and educational institutions. Currently, she serves as a Relationship Manager at CBN India/Foundation, bridging the gap between Corporates and communities, leveraging CSR funds and individual donations to support societal upliftment through NGOs. Before joining CBN India/Foundation, Shalini worked with World Vision India, focusing on CSR funding, and spent approximately four years at IBM managing significant projects such as TISCALI. Her extensive experience also includes serving as a board member of the Discipleship Centre and contributing to initiatives of various other organisations like Mahimamay Trust, EFICOR Resource Mobilization Expert Committee, Cornerstone India Foundation, Ek Jeevan Hamari Prerana, and Eco Roots Foundation. Shalini excels in donor management, networking, people management, resource identification, employee engagement, customer service, and team motivation. Her strengths in relationship building, partnership development, and resource mobilization have significantly impacted social causes. Additionally, Shalini is the founder of “Hold Your Cross,” a ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Kingdom of God, empowering youth, families, and women through worship and sharing the word of God.
