Training And Mobilization

EFICOR engages in Training and Capacity building to enhance knowledge and skills and to influence change in attitudes of individuals, organisations and communities. EFICOR conducts workshops, short and long term training programmes for individuals and organisations in order to build their capacity to work towards transforming communities. EFICOR also undertakes Organisational Development (OD) programmes to strengthen the capacities of faith based organisations and NGOs to engage effectively in responding to social issues. Awareness and motivational programmes to influence and build capacities of organisations, institutions, groups and individuals are also periodically conducted.

EFICOR publishes magazines, booklets and related materials on social issues and undertakes research activities to highlight social issues affecting the poor and the marginalised.
