The EFICOR Training Department is going to start the Social Worker Training Programme for the year 2021-2022 from 13th September 2021 in New Delhi for the staff of NGOs, leaders, and people who are involved in handling community development projects.

EFICOR engages in Training and Capacity building to enhance knowledge and skills and to influence change in the attitudes of individuals, organizations, and communities. EFICOR conducts workshops, short and long term training programmes for individuals and staff members of organizations to build their capacity to work towards transforming communities. The Social Worker Training is a 3 weeks comprehensive training programme which will equip people to involve more effectively in community development work.
