Rev. Dr. Paul Noel Walker Swarup

Rev. Dr. Paul Swarup is the Presbyter in Charge of the Green Park Free Church, Diocese of Delhi, of the Church of North India. He holds a PhD in OT/ Dead Sea Scrolls from the University of Cambridge.  He is a member of the 15-member international team of translators of the New International Version.
