Mrs. Sonia Mathew is an HR professional with experience of over two decades spanning multiple assignments in Power, Pharma and Telecom sectors in Indian and multinational companies. She has handled HR Business Partner Head roles held for large/growing businesses within companies worked and led multiple impactful change management initiatives. She has also led cross cultural teams in her assignments across Asia Pacific and South Asia regions. In her current role with Nokia Solutions, she is responsible for effective governance and people strategy execution.
She works at Nokia Solutions and Networks India Pvt. Ltd. as Head - People Experience. Sonia is a certified Nokia Business Coach and an Insights Discovery practitioner. She is a graduate in science from Womens Christian College, Chennai and did her Post Graduation in Social Work from Madras School of Social Work, Chennai.
She is currently in Gurgaon, Haryana where she lives with her husband and two children.
