As an International Director with Restless Development she is a part of the global Restless Development family, implementing and maximising the impact of Restless Development contribution to creating a just and sustainable world for all. This involves not only developing new relationships with strategic partners to shape Restless Developments goals in Asia, but also managing people and youth leaders and being accountable for financial and legal compliance. She also leads their efforts in securing resources, raising the profile of Restless Developments and representing Restless Development to government and international agencies, donors and the corporate sector - championing their values and vision at all times. She has managed big, multicultural teams across geographies. She is adept at meeting compliance and legal matters. Mrs. Nalini Nupur Paul is extremely passionate about youth led development, issues of disability and improving access for young girls to opportunities and resources that help them survive and thrive. She has had the privilege to have worked with wonderful organisations such as Restless Development, VSO, CARE, Handicap International etc. She loves designing and strengthening systems that make processes more efficient and create a recall for the work /brand.
