Mrs. Lydia Bharathy

Mrs. Lydia Bharathy has a master’s in social work from Madras School of Social Work. After working with Corporates, she joined EFICOR in 2008 and has been associated with the HR unit since then. She also comes with a rich grassroot experience in her association with Community Development projects. She is very personable and possesses strong networking and team building skills. She loves to contribute to Policy frameworks and organizational guidelines.
