Joylin Niruba started her journey with EFICOR in 2017 as a Social Worker Trainee. Her time serving the Chenchu Tribal People in Andhra Pradesh largely shaped her understanding of community development. Later, as Program Quality Officer, she contributed to the Programs team through grant writing, evaluations, and assessments. Driven by her passion for environmental stewardship, she briefly served as a Trainer for Creation Care within the Training and Capacity Building Department.
Currently, Joylin serves as the Manager – Communications and Strategic Partnerships, where her dedication to community transformation intersects with her strong communication skills. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom.
