Jency Joy Blesson is an educator, communicator, and mentor with over a decade of experience in equipping grassroots leaders and strengthening community-based initiatives across India. Having lived in multiple states and countries, she brings a rich cross-cultural perspective to her work. Now based in Delhi, she travels extensively to engage with diverse communities across the country.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, and Genetics, a Master of Divinity, and an M.Phil. in New Testament Studies. Her interdisciplinary academic background shapes a holistic and thoughtful approach to leadership development—integrating critical thinking, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.
Jency has trained emerging leaders in a variety of settings—from the peaceful town of Kumbanad to the culturally vibrant city of Udaipur and forest-fringed rural areas near Bhopal. In her current role, she designs and facilitates participatory training models that not only build individual capacity but also strengthen organisational impact.
