Mr. Thangkholet Baite has a master’s in history, social work, and missions. He has been working with EFICOR since 2002 after finishing his CDO Training (community development organizer). For 22 years in EFICOR, Mr. Baite, has taken up various roles in the field in Melghat region in Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Slums in Delhi. Mr. Baite has been exposed to and has considerable experience working in both urban and rural poverty in India which becomes handy for him in dealing with program quality matters in the organization. Presently, he works as Manager-Program Quality and Grants Management based in the Headquarters.
