Mr. Jitu Kumar

Mr. Jitu Kumar has been serving in EFICOR since 1994. He has 19 years of experience in development programmes and in relief interventions with EFICOR. He started his journey in EFICOR as a CDO with passion for working towards poor and marginalized. Before taking up the role as the Manager for Partner Projects across India in 2006, Jitu had worked as Assistant Programme Coordinator among the Korku tribes in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra engaging in project micro planning exercise, designing participatory development programme etc. Later, he was designated as the Zonal Implementer for Eastern Zone Projects involving in designing, implementing and monitoring of sustainable development programmes.
