Mr. Thomas is working with EFICOR since 1995. He has also worked among the Malto Tribe in Jharkhand and Korku Tribe in Maharashtra. He also headed the team in providing safe drinking water to communities with rig operations. As Development Educator he has great experience in influencing grassroot workers to engage in Social Action at the grass-root level. Mr. Thomas is innovative and has a very good communication skill in training grass-root workers for social involvement.
