At EFICOR, we are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and accountability in every aspect of our work. As a Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) certified organization, we strive to deliver principled and effective humanitarian assistance. Our certification is independently verified by the Humanitarian Quality Assurance Initiative (HQAI), which helps ensure that our operations meet recognized benchmarks for accountability, transparency, and responsiveness to the needs of the communities we serve.

We also follow the Sphere Standards, which guide best practices in humanitarian response, particularly in ensuring that affected populations have access to essential services. Additionally, we adhere to the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement’s Code of Conduct, which upholds the principles of humanity,  neutrality, impartiality, and independence in all our interventions.

By aligning our work with these global standards, we seek to ensure that our programs are not only effective but also responsible and respectful of the dignity and rights of the people we serve. We prioritize accountability to those we assist, as well as to our donors and partners, and continually seek to improve through regular monitoring, evaluations, and audits.
