EFICOR invites applications for the following position:
Position: Transit House Assistant (Housekeeping & Cooking)
Vacancy: 1
Reporting to: Sr. Admin Officer
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Daily housekeeping of all Transit House floors, including cleaning and dusting.
- Assist in cooking (vegetable cutting, roti preparation, vessel cleaning).
- Maintain hygiene in the kitchen and cooking areas.
- Prepare rooms and change bed sheets before guest arrival.
- Maintain the guest register, stock records, and asset inventory.
- Purchase required items as needed.
- Receive guests and provide hospitality services.
- Oversee basic upkeep of the Transit House, including water tank filling, electricity, and gas-related tasks.
- Support HQ office work when assigned (cleaning, tea preparation).
- Work extra hours when required based on guest arrival or departure timings.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Cooking skills and experience in guest handling are an advantage.
- Basic understanding of English.
- Ability to speak Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian languages is helpful.
Salary
Based on experience and negotiable.
