Role Summary
The Block Coordinator will implement and coordinate project activities at the block level, supervise field staff, support community mobilisation, and strengthen linkages with government health and ICDS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement block-level activities as per the project plan.
- Coordinate with block-level Health and ICDS officials.
- Support screening, identification, and referral of health cases.
- Maintain records and submit timely block-level reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in development or health projects.
- Strong community engagement and communication skills.
- Candidates from Jharkhand and Bihar are preferred.
Salary
As per qualification, experience, and organisational fitment.
