As a humanitarian response to the crisis, EFICOR has started relief operations across the country.The details are as follows:
- A COVID response team has been formed under the leadership of Ms. Kuki Rokhum, Lead-Training and Resource Mobilization and Mr. Jitu Kumar, Zonal Implementer. Responsibilities have been delegated for a quick response
- An appeal for COVID-19 response relief has been circulated to all our partners
- As a precautionary measure to protect against the spread of COVID-19, 140 masks In Pakur of Jharkhand and 40 masks In Damoh of Madhya Pradesh have been distributed.
- 180 people have been reached through messages on COVID risk management in Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh.
- Linkages with the local authorities, religious leaders and community leaders have been made.
- Criteria for selecting beneficiaries has been finalized and shared with the concern leaders
