Position Summary

EFICOR is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Digital Fundraising Officer to strengthen the organization’s digital presence and support resource mobilization efforts through engaging content, storytelling, and online fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow EFICOR’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars, posts, reels, and stories
• Design and implement digital fundraising campaigns, crowdfunding initiatives, peer-to-peer fundraising, and donor engagement activities
• Create compelling impact stories, blogs, case studies, and campaign content in coordination with field teams
• Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Update website content and donation pages regularly
• Support organizational campaigns, donor communication, and key observances

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the development sector
Strong writing, storytelling, and social media management skills

Required Skills

Creative content development and visual storytelling
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and basic video editing tools
Understanding of digital fundraising and audience engagement
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel to field locations for collecting stories, videos, and photographs

Salary

CTC: Rs. 4,20,000 per annum
