Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead and manage the Sanjeevani Community Health & Wellbeing Project across Pakur, Sahibganj, and Godda districts. The role includes planning, coordination, implementation, staff supervision, government liaison, monitoring, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project implementation as per the approved plan.
• Achieve the desired project outcomes.
• Liaise with Government departments and health facilities.
• Build the capacity of project staff.
• Strengthen linkages with PHC/CHC/DHS and other government systems.
• Lead reporting, monitoring, training, and documentation.
• Represent the project at district and block-level forums.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Rural Development, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in health project implementation.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Candidates from Jharkhand and Bihar are preferred.

Salary

As per qualification, experience, and organisational fitment.
