Role Summary

The MIS Officer will manage project data, dashboards, reporting systems, and documentation to support programme monitoring and donor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MIS formats and data systems.
• Compile and analyse data from field locations.
• Maintain beneficiary and referral databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Statistics, or Social Sciences.
• 3–5 years of experience in MIS or data management in development projects.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to analyse and present data.
• Candidates from Jharkhand and Bihar are preferred.

Salary

As per qualification, experience, and organisational fitment.
