Quality Standards

We are delighted to be the first NGO from India to receive Core Humanitarian Standards certification and one of only 20 organisations worldwide to be certified, through independent verification by HQAI. Well done EFICOR staff! Mr. Prem Livingstone from EFICOR was able to receive the Certification of the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) from HQAI (Humanitarian Quality Assurance Initiative) in Geneva on the 5th Feb. Certification has been an intensive and robust process, involving various stakeholders. It has required us to become more effective and efficient in the services we provide to the communities we serve, ensuring that we meet quality standards in all our processes. As a result of this certification process we have refined our accountability policies and procedures and we work to ensure they are consistently applied.
