World AIDS Day, 1st December, is set apart as a reminder to all
of us about those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and the
shattering gloom it has brought since the beginning of the
pandemic some two decades ago. Even in India it has delivered
a devastating blow to its social, economic, religious and public
health frameworks resulting in irreversible pain and no-life.

Women and girl child are the ones who are affected the most.
The dire state of our country calls and demands us, followers of
the eternal pro-life God, to be propelled by the love and
compassion of Jesus Christ and respond positively, pro-actively
and practically to bring hope and healing to those infected by
HIV/AIDS.

This year's theme is Women, girl child, HIV and AIDS
