




After several years of working with EFICOR, Rev. Dino L. Touthang stepped down as Executive Director at the end of January 2010. He moves on to Habitat for Humanity India as the CEO.
Rev Dino joined EFICOR as a Social Worker and worked in Bastar district of Madhya Pradesh currently in Chattisgarh. He held various positions such as Director, Training Unit and Director - Operations during which he headed the relief and rehabilitation operations after Orissa cyclone in 1999 and Gujarat Earthquake in 2001. In 2001 he took over as the Executive Director.
Rev Dino also serves as Pastor of the Kuki Worship Service, Delhi (KWSD) an interdenominational Fellowship of Kuki Christians in
Rev. Dino serves on the Board of several NGOs. He is the Chairman of Micah Network, a global network of Christians involved in integral mission. He has made valuable contributions in several national and international conferences and seminars related to development and mission.

Rev Kennedy Dhanabalan has been working in EFICOR sine 1988. He started his career as Training Assistant and later moved to Sahibganj District, Jharkhand to work among the Malto tribal community as Social Worker. In 1999, he became Manager and in 2006, Director of Development Education and Capacity Building. The EFICOR Board has now appointed Rev Kennedy Dhanabalan as Executive Director of EFICOR from
Rev Kennedy has been a resource person in various national and international programmes. His training skills, developing training modules, partnership initiatives and networking ability have been well received in the development circles. He has initiated several new programmes as well.
Rev Kennedy is Pastor of Living Faith Community Church, Vikaspuri and also serves as a Board and Society Member of some NGOs.
